Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial and free plan

All users may access LexNeethi AI at no cost during the free public beta and, subsequently, on the Free plan. No refund is applicable as no payment is collected.

2. Paid subscriptions

When paid subscription plans go live, they will be billed on a monthly or annual basis (as selected at checkout), inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to billing@lexneethi.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the paid features until then.
• We do not automatically refund the unused portion of a billing cycle upon cancellation.

4. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be issued, at our discretion, in the following limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment: If a technical error caused you to be charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount.
• Unintentional renewal: Requests made within seven (7) calendar days of an unintended renewal of an annual plan will be considered, provided that the AI usage during that period is below a reasonable threshold and no bulk-processing feature has been used.
• Service unavailability: Extended outages materially impacting your ability to use the Service may result in a pro-rated service credit or refund.

5. Non-refundable items

• Monthly subscription fees for cycles that have already begun.
• Add-on credits or one-time purchases already consumed.
• Charges related to any breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. How to request a refund

Send an email to billing@lexneethi.com with (a) your registered email, (b) the invoice or payment reference, and (c) the reason for the refund. We will acknowledge the request within 2 business days and complete our review within 7 business days.

7. Method & timing of refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Bank processing times may vary.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.

9. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy from time to time. Amendments will apply to subscriptions purchased or renewed after the effective date of the amendment.
