Your use of LexNeethi AI does not create an advocate-client, attorney-client, or any fiduciary relationship between you and LexNeethi, its owners, employees, agents, contractors, or licensors. Any information exchanged with the Service is not privileged in the same manner as a communication with a legal counsel and users should not treat it as such.

6. Prohibited representations

You must not represent to any court, tribunal, regulator, opposing party, or third party that content generated by LexNeethi AI has been drafted by an advocate, is legal advice, or is otherwise privileged.

Advocates using the Service remain subject to the Advocates Act, 1961 and the Bar Council of India Rules on Standards of Professional Conduct and Etiquette. Users must ensure that the manner in which they use AI outputs does not amount to advertising, touting, sharing of privileged information, or any other conduct restricted by the applicable rules.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LexNeethi and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, loss of profits, loss of business, or legal consequences resulting from your use of, or reliance upon, any AI-generated content.
